The team were great. Super friendly and really helpful. I needed a full side mirror replacement and they were really careful with how they took my old one off and made sure everything was set with the new one. Would definitely recommend.

Very rude receptionist! Makes up prices out of nowhere. I don't recommend this place, compare to other wreckers this guy over priced the few items I asked for. Other workers were good people.Edit after response: the seat belt, door strap and roof lining were quoted for a total of $400. Not $150 like they said in the answer. When I came to get the roof lining that I needed, the receptionist offered it, in front of me, cheaper to an other customer who refused it. He then proceeded to make me pay full price + gst unless I pay cash". I want to add that they've tried to contact me after I posted my review to offer me discount or money back to change my review. So I wouldn't trust the other positive reviews on Google."

Fast & efficient: prompt response and genuine people to deal with. I contacted a few companies prior to A1 and was put off by the continuous messages asking repeated questions. A1’s staff were always available, quick to act and did what they said. Extremely-highly recommended.

Hopeless! I called them to ask about the part i need and they said they have it. So I drove 1.5hrs and as soon as i arrived they told me it's not available. Do not waste your time with them. They clearly don't have a clue about car parts names and what they have and don't have.

I was looking for a lip spoiler on marketplace and found a cruze at this wreckers with the one i wanted. They even took it off for me and found a bolt cap for my wheel as i had lost one. amazing customer service :)

Awesome service!!!!! I called them to enquire about parts i needed for a holden astra. They were extremely helpful and called me back promptly with photo of vehicle and list of available parts. They had all i needed and more. BONUS... They removed parts and had them ready for pick up next day....... unheard of service, friendly crew and best of all great prices. I totally recommend this company for easy, prompt and affordable service.

The team at A1 Wreckers WA were prompt at getting back to me via their Facebook page. I was replied to very quickly and was asked how they could help. After I provided them with my number we spoke and arranged collection of my vehicle. The staff were very friendly and updated me while I waited all but an hour for the tow truck driver to arrive on a Saturday. After collection, the team checked in a final time and thanked me for using their service. I really appreciated the effortlessness and reliability of A1 Wreckers WA in helping me remove our broken down vehicle for free. Thanks team.
